A UX designer, originally from Taiwan, living and working in New York. I find passion in improving the experience of others – particularly in education, healthcare, non-profit, and public work areas.

 

Fueled by my training in digital brand marketing, project management, and teaching, I create data-driven design solutions that balance customer insights, design feasibility, and organizational goals while keeping the project on track and stakeholders at all levels engaged. I care deeply about the people I work with, for, and have the privilege to mentor.

 

When I am not working, I love doing activities that challenge me physically and mentally. You can likely find me playing puzzles, bouldering at a climbing gym, or being in nature somewhere with my Frenchie, Olivia.
